2012年12月8日，在经过五天的紧张培训及一天考试后，中国检验认证集团陕西有限公司首期CWI（注册焊接检验师）顺利结束。
Through a five-day intense training and a one-day exam, the first CWI training class at CCIC Shaanxi closed with succes on December 8th, 2012.
通过中国检验认证集团陕西有限公司的精心组织、各单位的积极配合以及全体人员的共同参与，培训班取得圆满成功，达到了预期的目的和效果，并体现出诸多亮点。
With much dedicated personnel and staff of CCIC Shaanxi, we have achived all that we’ve expected in this very first event which is also seen remarkable on the whole.
在与美国焊接学会AWS正式建立合作关系期间，公司领导高度重视，有关部门精心筹备，培训部门认真组织，全面做好培训的各项服务工作。提前三个月着手，精心设计培训课程，邀请焊接领域知名专家对教材进行研究分析以进行授课。
Senior excecutives of CCIC Shaanxi payed close attention at the discussion and establishing of official partership with AWS during the time. All departments concerned worked thoroughly at organizing, preparing and finalizing of the this event. Experts of welding were invited for lecturing and text book evaluating during the training and course design began three months ahead of the semester.
培训内容针对性强，课程安排十分丰富。本次培训班课程根据学员需求和工作实际确定。主要侧重于职业素质、焊接知识及标准的学习。重点提升学员在焊接领域内的检验技能水平。通过开展互动形式的教学活动，加深学员对所学内容的理解，努力提升培训质量，确保学习效果，以保证学院能够顺利通过考试，获取CWI证书。
The training curriculum is considered much focused and with varieties. Such curriculum was compiled based on candidates’ demands for actual practices in their works, it is mainly fouced on proffessional basics, welding knowledge and standars study. The training is intended for imroving candidates’ competence in welding inspection, active interaction in lecturing, reassuring of candidates’ comprehension on all teachings and finally having them well prepared for exams.

There’s been much positive feedbacks from the candidates, the training cource was regarded as rich in content, substantial and informative. And the candidates remarked that it is of great importance that they had such proffesional lecturers and benifited much from their teaching.
培训期间，美国焊接学会senior coordinator Donald Llopis先生亲临现场，对培训及考试准备工作进行了指导，Donald Llopis先生对中国检验认证集团陕西有限公司所做的工作给予了高度评价，认为CCIC SHAANXI系统完整，模式成熟、运行有效，并希望在更广阔的领域开展进一步的合作。
Senior coordinator Donal Llopis from AWS also presented at the exam for the supervising and instructing work. Mr. Donal Llopis spoke highly of CCIC Shaanxi’s work on the exam and he also remarked that CCIC Shaanxi is able to perform an integral and systematic work, mature management and effuctive excecuting. He proposed for further cooperation in broader aspects in the furuer.
